Abstract
Ten patients, mean age 61 years, who presented with unilesional cutaneous T -cell lymphoma (CTCL) were studied. Lesional structure and distribution wer e similar to disseminated CTCL. Ablative therapy was successful in all pati ents. The relatively benign behavior of unilesional CTCL may reflect the pr ognostic importance of minimal tumor burden. Locally ablative therapy in th e management of localized CTCL appears effective.
