A study is made of the polarization characteristics of the electromagnetic
radiation at the second harmonic of gyrofrequency of electrons, produced by
a highly-ionized collisionless plasma in a strong magnetic field, in which
. plasma turbulence at gyrofrequencies is excited. The generation mechanism
for electromagnetic waves in the case of coalescence of gyrofrequency plas
mons is considered. It is shown that the electromagnetic radiation at the s
econd harmonic of gyrofrequency of plasma electrons can have a moderate or
weak degree of circular polarization even in the case of a strong magnetic
field.
