Abstract
The coupling of centrifugal partition chromatography to NMR spectrosco py as detection and analysis method is investigated. Separation of a t est mixture of three N-2,4-dinitrophenyl amino acids was performed in pH-zone-refining elution mode. The NMR and chromatography instrumentat ion was very similar to the one of the LC-NMR technique.
