Abstract
In this article, we report an evaluation of an undergraduate program in ind ustrial/organizational (I/O) psychology 5 years after its implementation. G raduates reported full-time employment predominantly in the business sector , competitive salaries, and a direct relation between academic major and jo b. Responses to open-ended questions led to several suggestions for revisio ns to the I/O track.
