Abstract
We have investigated the in-plane transport properties of high-T(c) ox ide-superconductor Nd2-xCexCuO4-delta single-crystal thin-films at var ious Ce and oxygen concentrations. Longitudinal negative magnetoresist ances were observed for both non-superconducting samples (x=0.10, 0.13 ) and superconducting ones(x = 0.16, 0.18). It is shown from the scali ng analysis that the longitudinal magnetoresistances in the non-superc onducting samples show a Kondo-like effect due to localized spins. In superconducting samples , however, longitudinal magnetoresistances sho w the anomalous scaling behavior given by R(H, T)/R(0, T) = f [H/T(gam ma)] with gamma = 0.63 and 0.75.
