Abstract
Systemic-portal shunt was shown as a ''hot spot'' in the liver on Tc-9 9m MAA uadionuclide venography. This finding is well known in the infe rior vena cava syndrome. Scintigraphy ist this case showed the patent inferior vena cava and the unilateral common iliac vein stenosis. The ''hot spot'' in this situation has not been previously reported.
