Abstract
The development of a model to understand and derive the optimum network sto ck level for the provision of service process within the BT UK access coppe r network is described. The model explores the relationship for varying net work stock levels, between all of the actual costs associated with operatin g the provision of service process and the required access network investme nt costs.
