Abstract
The case of a 70-year-old man with refractory anaemia who developed cutaneo us true histiocytic lymphoma two years after diagnosis, is described. Wheth er this association is a simple coincidence or indicates some etiopathogene tic relationship between these two unrelated disorders is unknown and needs the analysis of more cases.
