Abstract
Nonunion of a fracture of the acetabulum is a rare clinical entity. The pre ferred treatment for this lesion is rigid internal fixation(7). We present a case in which a painful nonunited transverse acetabular fracture was trea ted with the use of minimally invasive, computer-assisted internal fixation with cannulated screws.
