Abstract
We report on detailed measurements of the flux creep rate S(T,H) in Bi 2Sr2CaCu2Oy single crystals over a wide range of fields and temperatur es. A sharp anomaly in S(T) is observed at the crossower temperature T =T(CR). The confinement of the flux lines by the well-defined columnar amorphous tracks in Kr- or Ar-irradiated samples leads to the increas e of T(CR) with the irradiation dose.
