Gb. Appetecchi et al., Characterization of PEO-based composite cathodes - I. Morphological, thermal, mechanical, and electrical properties, J ELCHEM SO, 147(2), 2000, pp. 451-459
This report describes the fabrication and characterization of polymer based
composite cathode membranes intended for use in poly mer-electrolyte batte
ries operating at moderate temperatures (60-100 degrees C). The present wor
k is focused on the determination of morphological thermal, mechanical, and
electrical properties of PEG-based composite cathodes. The work was develo
ped within the Advanced Lithium Polymer Electrolyte project (ALPE), an Ital
ian integrated project devoted to the realization of lithium polymer batter
ies for electric vehicle applications. (C) 2000 The Electrochemical Society
