Abstract
The strain differences of Rhynchosporium secalis in morphological and cultu ral peculiarities (structure and color of colonies, rate of growth and spor ulation of fungus) depending on composition of artificial medium were detec ted. The best media for vegetative growth and sporulation of R. secalis str ains were potato-glucose agar (PGA) and PGA with 0.1 % yeast extract.
