A critical juncture has been reached in reproductive health services for ad olescents. At no time in the past several decades have the legal issues ass ociated with adolescent sexuality been fraught with controversy. To promote understanding of the threats and opportunities surrounding the legal frame work of reproductive health services for adolescents, this article addresse s concerns such as consent and constitutional rights, abortion controversy, confidentiality laws, and financing and insurance.
