Abstract
Hamiltonian formalism was constructed for the initial equations describing the wave motion in the water covered with broken ice. Canonical variables w ere found and matrix elements were obtained in the explicit form for the Ha milton written in the standard form of normal variables. The final four-wav e equation is presented.
