Pediatric gastroesophageal reflux (GER) and laryngopharyngeal reflux (LPR)
have gained better recognition over the past few years. GER and LPR usually
present as regurgitation, emesis, epigastric pain, failure to thrive, esop
hagitis, or stricture. Many patients suffer respiratory disorders associate
d with reflux. Classification of reflux, pathophysiology, manifestations of
reflux, diagnosis, and management of the disease are discussed in this art
