Abstract
Photoluminescence spectra of carbonized porous silicon were investigated, a s they change after anodic polarization in oxidant electrolyte. Intensity o f blue-green band was found to increase substantially, that may be explaine d by changes in Si-SiC hetero-junctions. Also it was shown that carbonized porous silicon has efficient electroluminescence when placed in oxidant ele ctrolyte.
