Abstract
The superconducting transition temperatures T(c) of (Y1-xPrx)Ba2Cu3O7 alloys and YBa2Cu3O7/PrBa2Cu3O7 multilayers are explained by a common dominant mechanism: The 2D quantum fluctuations of the superconducting order parameter phase.
