Abstract
Purpose: This study aimed to present the clinical and histopathological fea tures of a pigmented spindle cell naevus (PSCN) appearing in the conjunctiv a. Methods: Histopathological examination of the lesion following excision and review of the pertinent literature. Results: The features were consiste nt with those previously recognized in the skin as the PSCN of Reed. Conclu sion: The PSCN can appear in the conjunctiva and should not be confused wit h conjunctival melanoma.
