Cu-63 and Nb-93 NMR have been carried out in Nb/Cu superconducting mul
tilayered thin film down to 0.1K, and nuclear spin lattice relaxation
time, T1, in low field (H=100 Oe) has been measured by using field cyc
ling method. 1/T1 of Cu-63 has a coherence peak just below Tc and decr
eases at low temperatures. The value of 1/T1 at low temperatures incre
ases with increasing the mean free path of electrons in the Cu layers.
