Excited states with spin larger than 5 were newly established in the C
s-132 nucleus via the Sn-124(B-11,3n) reaction. Rotational bands built
on the vh(11/2) x pi d(5/2), vh(11/2) x pi g(7/2) and vh(11/2) x pi h
(11/2) configurations were observed up to spin I similar to 16. The vh
(11/2) x pi h(11/2) band shows inverted signature splitting below I <
14. A dipole band was firstly observed in doubly odd Cs nuclei.
