Abstract
A series of carboxymethylpullulan (CMPul)-doxorubicin (DXR) conjugates boun d by peptide spacers of different compositions and lengths were prepared an d evaluated for their in vivo antitumor effects. Systematic study of the pe ptide spacers indicated that CMPul-DXR conjugates bound via appropriate dip eptide spacers were more potent than DXR. (C) 2000 Elsevier Science Ltd. Al l rights reserved.
