Abstract
A patient with mycosis fungoides (MF) bullosa had a rapidly growing, painfu
l necrotic mass on the left ankle which extended by peripheral bulla format
ion, clinically resembling pyoderma gangrenosum Histopathology confirmed MF
bullosa with both intraepidermal and subepidermal bulla formation.
