Abstract
Formulae for the evaluation of the expectation values of r(q) between the r elativistic quantum defect orbital theory wavefunctions are derived. Their recursive structure leads to the development of explicit relations between the formulae for different values of q. The formulae may be considered as a relativistic quantum defect orbital theory generalization of the Kramers' relations for the hydrogenic wavefunctions.
