Abstract
Crystallinity and average carbon number of different petroleum waxes have b een determined by means of X-ray diffraction. The effect of oil and polymer s, viz, polyethylene (PE) and ethylene vinyl acetate (EVA) copolymer on the crystallinity and average carbon number of petroleum waxes have also been studied. Crystallinity data has been correlated with composition and proper ties of the waxes.
