A generalized nonlinear Schrodinger equation with an exponentially saturati
ng nonlinearity is solved numerically in two dimensions using a novel itera
tive procedure. A spectrum of cylindrical envelope solitary solutions is pr
esented which may be useful for modeling the nonlinear propagation of inten
