Abstract
A strongly basic macroporous anionite was used as catalyst for the copolyme rization of hexamethylcyclotrisiloxane (D-3) with 1,3,5-trimethyl-1,3,5-tri vinylcyclotrisiloxane (V-3). The reaction occurred under kinetical control with practical total yields. Reactivity ratios of the two comonomers and mi crostructure parameters of the obtained copolymers were calculated.
