Abstract
As a batch process, the production of recyclate from post-consumer SMC plastics is subject to undesirable variations in end product properti es. Through the use of fractions of a consistent quality it is possibl e to ensure the manufacture of high-quality semifinished products for mass-produced applications. The methodical implementation of quality s ystems also enables new applications to be developed.
