a-C : H films deposited from pure acetylene vapor in a glow-discharge plasm
a were investigated. Current density vs. applied voltage plots are presente
d for systems consisting of a transparent conducting electrode, an a-C : H
film, and a mercury contact. The resistivity, absorption coefficient at a w
avelength of 632.8 nm, and the optical energy gap of a-C : H films are rela
