P. Quevauviller et al., An overview of methods for the determination of trimethyllead in rainwaterand urban dust reference materials, TRAC-TREND, 19(2-3), 2000, pp. 195-199
The widespread environmental contamination with organolead compounds due to
long term use of leaded gasoline is still of great concern. The complexity
of methods used to determine alkyllead compounds has justified the organis
ation of interlaboratory studies to evaluate their accuracy and performance
characteristics. This paper describes a collaborative project to evaluate
methods for the determination of trimethyllead in rainwater and urban dust.
