The main relations are considered, which describ the behaviour of the
undersurface autonomic buoy station (UABS) under the effect of current
s that are non-stationary with time and non-uniform in depth. The esti
mation of components' balance of common hydrodinamic equlibrium UABS e
quation is executed with the injection of dimensional scales and non-d
imensional variables. The main parameters of the UABS elements movemen
ts are calculated under effect of the non-stationary and non-uniform c
urrents for the Black sea conditions. It is shown, that the effect of
filtration of the non-uniform in depth currents disturbances is manife
sted in the large degree and main dynamics features of the station are
connected with the vertical displacement of the elements due to chang
ing the rope inclination.
