Abstract
XRF is a widely used, versatile, nondestructive technique for the analysis of elements from sodium to uranium in a wide variety of matrices. This pape r demonstrates an application of the use of microsample X-ray analysis for water samples. The results are compared with those from more traditional te chniques, such as ICP, GFAA, and CVAA for mercury.
