Abstract
Several 5-substituted alkoxy 20(S)-camptothecin analogues having A- and B-r ing substituents were prepared via semisynthesis. Most of these compounds w ere found to exhibit potent anti-cancer activity based on their in vitro cy totoxicity data obtained against human tumor cell lines. (C) 2000 Elsevier Science Ltd.
