Abstract
The preconcentration combined with differential pulse voltammetry was utili zed for the trace determination of six antidepressive drugs at the surface and bulk phase-DNA modified carbon paste electrodes. For accumulation time of 240 s, the detection limits at the level of nmol l(-1) were obtained. Th e bulk phase modified biosensor was stable for a period of 3 months and the sensitivity of determination is comparable with that reported for the pote ntiometric stripping analysis measurement.
