Abstract
Arylmethaniminyl and alkyl radicals were generated from di- and tri-methoxy phenyl aldoxime esters, by photolysis in the presence of 4-methoxyacetophen one, and were detected by EPR spectroscopy: good yields of cyclised product s were isolated from suitably unsaturated alkyl substituents.
