Abstract
The extended gravitational index G(Q) and quantum-chemical descriptors were
calculated for the relationship analysis of aminoquinolines. An evolutiona
ry algorithm was described for variable selection and building QSAR models.
And the quasi-newton neural networks were employed with better results.
