Abstract
Fourteen new triphenylgermanium derivatives of alkynyl or alkenyl phosphoni c acid were synthesized by the reaction of corresponding triphenylgermanium chloride with alkynyl or alkenyl phosphates. All compounds were characteri zed by elemental analysis, IR, H-1 NMR and MS. The results showed that bis( triphenylgermanium) alkynyl or alkenyl phosphonates are bath four- and five -coordinated germanium and triphenylgermanium alkynyl or alkenyl phosphonat es are five-coordinated germanium.
