Abstract
Tayloria rudimenta X.-L. Bai & B. C. Tan is described and illustrated as a new species based on a recent collection made from Helan Shan (Mt.), Ningxi a Huizu Autonomous Region, China. The new species is characterized by the a bsence or with only rudimentary peristome, among the Chinese congeners. (C) 2000 Adac/Editions scientifiques et medicales Elsevier SAS.
