Abstract
Primary and secondary sarcomas occurring within the breast are rare tu mours. We describe a mammary metastasis from a myometrial leiomyosarco ma that presented clinically and radiologically as a primary breast tu mour. During histopathological assessment of breast sarcomas, the poss ibility that it may represent a metastasis from an extramammary primar y site should be considered.
