Abstract
Echocardiography demonstrated an 8-cm mass adjacent to the right side of th e heart in a 79-year-old man with a history of hypertension and a repaired abdominal aortic aneurysm. The results of Doppler echocardiography and magn etic resonance imaging suggested the diagnosis of an unusually large corona ry artery aneurysm, and this was confirmed with coronary angiography. At su rgery, the 8- to 10-cm coronary aneurysm was resected, and the patient made an uneventful recovery.
