Abstract
(1 (S) under bar, 2 (R) under bar)-(N) under bar,(N) under bar-Dialkylnorep hedrines catalyze the enantioselective alkylation of various pyrazole-4-car baldehydes with dialkylzincs. Enantiomerically enriched secondary-4-pyrazol ylalkanols with up to 95% e.e. were obtained.
