Abstract
With the aim of easy use in a laboratory, a small-angle X-ray scattering di ffractometer was constructed by employing an asymmetric channel-cut monochr omator. The apparatus is very convenient and has overall efficiency; namely , the measurable range from 0.01 to 0.4 Angstrom(-1) in scattering paramete r s, proper s-resolution and reasonable accumulation time.
