Abstract
Hydatid cysts of the mediastinum are very uncommon. We report two cases of mediastinal hydatic cyst. The first case was located in the cardiophrenic r ecess while the other was within both the heart and mediastinum. A review o f the imaging findings and value of various techniques is presented.
