Abstract
The booming NASCAR racing circuit with roots in the rural South has now bec ome wildly successful throughout the United States. This organization has a long history of red neck racism. But in the post-civil rights era, it has been decided that black money at the race track is as good as the money of white people. So, NASCAR is now offering employment internships and some sc holarships to students at historically black colleges and universities.
