Abstract
A case of recurrent massive genital prolapse and urinary stress incontinenc e is reported following sacrospinous ligament fixation with anterior and po sterior colporrhaphy, Abdominal colposacropexy with Burch colposuspension w as applied to relieve symptoms, restore the physiologic vaginal axis, maint ain sexual function, and restore urinary continence, Shortterm follow-up re vealed that abdominal colposacropexy for preservation of the uterus in this case yielded good results.
