Abstract
The "no-reflow" phenomenon results from microcirculatory spasm and has sign ificant hemodynamic and prognostic consequences. Adenosine is an effective microvessel vasodilator. We describe two cases of successful treatment of n o-reflow with intracoronary adenosine after failure of intracoronary calciu m channel blockers.
