The rotational spectra of CH3SO2F and its C-13, S-33, S-34, and O-18 isotop
omers in their vibrational ground states were investigated by molecular bea
m Fourier transform microwave spectroscopy and millimeter wave spectroscopy
in natural isotopic abundance, Accurate rotational, centrifugal distortion
, and 33S quadrupole coupling constants have been derived. An effective mol
ecular structure was determined from the experimental data and ab initio ca
lculations. Also the dipole moment components have been determined. Moreove
r, some lines belonging to vibrationally excited states have been identifie
