Abstract
A special test facility is required for examining means of measurement unde r development in conditions corresponding to those of the environment where they will be used as regards chemical composition and thermohydraulic beha vior, especially as regards the types and magnitudes of the external factor s. A method is given for preparing certified aqueous mixtures under continu ous flow conditions.
