Abstract
It is shown that Coulomb interaction can lead to the delocalization of two- electron states in a two-dimensional disordered potential in a way similar to the Anderson transition in three dimensions. At a fixed disorder strengt h the localized phase corresponds to a low electron density and a large val ue of the parameter r(s). Analytical results are supported by a numerical s tudy of level spacing statistics.
