Upper and lower bounds are established on the Lambda(b) --> Lambda(c) semil
eptonic decay form factors by utilizing inclusive heavy-quark-effective-the
ory sum rules. These bounds are calculated to leading order in Lambda(QCD)/
m(Q) and alpha(s). The O(alpha(s)(2)beta(0)) corrections to the bounds at z
ero recoil are also presented. Several form factor models used in the liter
ature are compared with our bounds.
