Abstract
Salivary estriol testing has recently been approved for identifying pregnan cies at risk for preterm labor. We present the case of a baby with gastrosc hisis who had a salivary estriol elevation that appeared to coincide with t he occurrence of bower infarction. It is possible that salivary estriol tes ting may predict fetal bowel damage.
